Homeowners needed a relationship with someone they could trust to care for their home as well as they would.  They needed a partner in managing the routine upkeep of their property while home and away.

You will no longer need to call a handyman for every little thing. During our initial assessment, we create your maintenance plan and work that plan each month on our scheduled visits.

What to Expect from Your Concierge Service

Our team members are experienced craftsmen and women. We respect and care for your property. Our expectation is that your experience is grand.

What does a monthy plan entail?

Monthly plans enable you to create that honey do list and finally have it get completed. Our initial concierge plan begins with three hours of light home maintenance. However, we can tailor a plan to fit your home and lifestyle needs.

How do I let you know what needs to be done every month?

Each visit, we begin next month’s to do list. This ensures that all supplies are listed, ordered and are in hand for your next visit.

If something comes up between visits, you can call us with an addition or submit a request through your customer project portal online or on the app.

Each client receives monthly emails as prompts as well.  There are several opportunities to touch base and sync honey do lists.

Who buys the supplies needed to do the work?

You are welcome to have all of the supplies ready when we arrive.  However, if you’re unsure of what to buy as will be the case with some fix it tasks, we will buy all the supplies and upload an itemized receipt into your account profile.  We do not mark up the product prices. You pay only what the store charges and a delivery fee. They will be added to your monthly invoice.

What if I need something outside of my normal visit schedule?

We know that life happens and you cannot always be available for a delivery or to meet another contractor. Simply call the office and let us know the need.  We’ll add the service to our schedule and you’ll be invoiced for the addition.
